Return Policy

Return conditions

As this is a technical product intended for use in risk-related activities, it may be subject to a technical inspection before any refund is issued.

Our technical team will determine whether the product:

• Has not been used, or has been used correctly → return accepted.

• Shows signs of misuse, impact, or unauthorized modification → return rejected.​

Refunds

Once the return is approved, refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Return shipping costs

Unless the product is defective or there has been an error in shipping, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Safety and limitations
