Warranty

This warranty is governed by Spanish consumer protection law, in particular Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, as well as applicable European Union regulations.​

This product is covered by a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

If you believe your product has a defect:

• Contact the retailer where you purchased the product, or contact us directly if the purchase was made through our website.

• Provide proof of purchase and a description of the issue.

 

The product will be evaluated by our technical team to determine whether the issue is due to a manufacturing defect or improper use.

 

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the product will be repaired or replaced.

 

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Improper use

• Normal wear and tear

• Unauthorized modifications​
